Katie has studied a plethora of theatrical practitioners such as Stanislavski, Uta Hagen and Antonin Artaud as well as many others with Bertolt Brecht being her favourite. She has been lucky to work under industry professionals such as Daryll Brockis, Steve North, and Joe Evans. Katie has been lucky enough to work with profound Theatre Companies such as Little Bulb and
Whilst studying, Katie became the President of her Musical Theatre Society at her University, igniting a passion for musical theatre which she intends to continue to pursue as well as a future in theatre. She would also like to pursue a career in voice acting and wants to experiment with the potential of her voice . She has also began to DJ at nightclubs, furthering her passion for music. She hopes that she can bring her scriptwriting to stage and screen one day and will continue to work towards this throughout her career.
Katie wants to create work that exposes societal problems and teaches the audience to question their surroundings and pay more attention to the world around them. She hopes to inspire many young people throughout her career to embrace creativity and express themselves.
As well as this, whilst studying Katie has found her true calling with comedy, she hopes to continue to have fun with it and one day be able to share her humour and stories on stage in a stand up comedy show.
Katie is currently seeking professional representation. She is currently performing as a Sealife ranger at Sealife London as well as training at WestEndMt.
